Objective: UPCE Consult Ltd was contracted to conduct a technical study and implement boundary markers for the layout plan of the Gahima site, located in Gahima Cell, Kibungo Sector, Ngoma District. Scope & Methodology: Our civil engineering and urban planning team used GPS survey tools to establish precise boundaries for the proposed layout plots and roads, in full compliance with Rwanda's land readjustment regulations, with the aim of accurately demarcating the site for effective future urban planning and development. Key Deliverables: A technical boundary study, GPS-based survey data, and a full set of physical boundary markers installed on-site for plots and road reserves, together with advisory support to the client. Impact: The project gave Ngoma District a legally sound, precisely surveyed boundary framework for the Gahima site, enabling orderly future development and reducing the risk of land disputes.
