Objective: Rusizi District engaged UPCE Consult Ltd to conduct a technical study and implement boundary markers for the layout plan of the Kibangira site, located in Ryankana Cell, Bugarama Sector. Scope & Methodology: Our team carried out GPS-based surveys to accurately establish the boundaries of proposed layout plots and road reserves, ensuring full compliance with national land readjustment regulations, with the goal of precisely demarcating the site to support effective future urban planning and development. Key Deliverables: A technical boundary study report, GPS survey data, and physical boundary markers installed on the ground for plots and roads. Impact: The 2-month assignment, valued at 19.76 million Rwf, provided Rusizi District with a clearly and legally demarcated site ready for organized development, minimizing the potential for future land use conflicts.
