Objective: The Road Maintenance Fund (RMF) engaged UPCE Consult Ltd to conduct a valuation of its office building located in Urugwiro Village, Kamatamu Cell, Kacyiru Sector, Gasabo District. Scope & Methodology: Over a 12-month assignment, our certified valuers carried out a detailed analysis and evaluation of the property, considering location, physical condition, and prevailing market trends to arrive at an accurate assessment of the building's value. Key Deliverables: A comprehensive valuation report determining the fair market value of the office building, supported by detailed analysis of the factors influencing that value. Impact: The valuation gave RMF a transparent, professionally supported and reliable basis for internal asset accounting and any future transactions involving the office building.
