Objective: At the request of the Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA), UPCE Consult Ltd provided property valuation and expropriation services in Nyaruguru District for properties affected by ongoing road development works. Scope & Methodology: Over a 36-month assignment, our team carried out thorough valuations of properties situated along the road development corridor, working to ensure fair compensation for impacted property owners while supporting the continued progress of road construction. Key Deliverables: Detailed property valuation reports for all affected parcels along the corridor, and full support for the expropriation and compensation process. Impact: Through detailed assessments and specialized valuation skills, the project significantly contributed to the enhancement of road infrastructure in Nyaruguru District while maintaining fairness and transparency for every affected property owner throughout the process.
