Objective: RDB engaged UPCE Consult Ltd to upgrade the existing design for an interrupted new parking facility and to provide supervision services during its construction. Scope & Methodology: Our team successfully upgraded the existing parking layout design to ensure it met all relevant regulations and quality standards, and then provided independent construction supervision throughout the build. This oversight helped complete the project on time, on budget, and in full compliance with quality standards, with our team controlling and supervising every aspect of the construction works. Key Deliverables: An upgraded parking layout design and full independent construction supervision reports through to project completion. Impact: The project revived a previously interrupted parking facility, delivering it on schedule and within budget while ensuring rigorous quality control throughout construction.
